Made a little oddball of a video and turned my belly into a table. Last summer we spent a lot of muscular strength and built up chi energy to train in various playgrounds. It turned out to look like this, please enjoy thank you very much, yes?

This was a 15 minute training/testing session. Recently i´ve been training a lot strenght, especially one arm chins. My goal is to get 4 before summer but i think that goal is achieved some time soon. Thanks for watching! This video is dedicated to a climber who gave me tips for one arm chin training.

Trip to England!

So we (Me, Eetu and Joenkkoe) made a trip to england on October. We had so great time both training and chilling, therefore I want to thank everyone we met and trained with! The actual video could have been a lot better if Eetu hadn't got ill and if I could have used my left hand properly. Huge thanks goes to Mike and his family for letting us stay over!!!! Thank youu!!! I worked pretty hard for this (actually he just ate some tuna and wrestled with his mother). i know that in some chins my chin was a bit under the bar. It´s because i got so excited :D
